Is WHOLE tested for heavy metals?
YES! Every ingredient used in WHOLE is subject to intensive checks for heavy metals such as lead, arsenic and mercury. Our finished products are also third party tested to ensure they do not contain heavy metals.
Is WHOLE suitable for use in baking?
WHOLE can be used for baked goods, however for maximum nutritional value, we recommend you avoid heating the product and instead keep it for your smoothies and shakes.
Can I take WHOLE when pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication?
We recommend talking to your healthcare practitioner before taking WHOLE (or any other supplement) if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication.

How to cook
Heat in an open pan for 1-2 minutes or in a microwave for 1 minute.
Add to your favourite noodle sauce, stir-fry, soup or salad.
(Optional: Rinse 2-3 times under cold water before heating)
How to store
Stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in airtight container with clear water for a maximum of two days.
