Slim Pasta Orzo Organic is a low-calorie and zero-carb substitute for regular pasta. It is made from Organic Konjac flour, which is high in soluble fiber. Konjac flour is made from a root vegetable called Konjac, which is akin to yam. Flour made from the root is mixed with water and then made into capellini pasta shapes.

How to use

Rinse Konjac 2-3 times under cold water before heating

Konjac is a root vegetable that grows in South East Asia, where it has been consumed for thousands of years as a source of fibre for weight loss. We brought konjac foods to the west and used its secrets to make foods that help battle modern-day obesity.

Can anyone eat Konjac?

Generally, yes. Konjac has been consumed in Japan for many centuries, where it is a staple food. If you have a medical condition and you think our products may not be suitable for you, you may wish to speak with your general practitioner.

Is Konjac suitable for children?

If a child is not following a weight loss diet, then yes. The range is suitable for gluten-free, low sugar, fodmap and paleo diets too.
