Konjac is a root vegetable that grows in South East Asia, where it has been consumed for thousands of years as a source of fibre for weight loss. We brought konjac foods to the west and used its secrets to make foods that help battle modern-day obesity.
Can anyone eat Konjac?
Generally, yes. Konjac has been consumed in Japan for many centuries, where it is a staple food. If you have a medical condition and you think our products may not be suitable for you, you may wish to speak with your general practitioner.
Is Konjac suitable for children?
If a child is not following a weight loss diet, then yes. The range is suitable for gluten-free, low sugar, fodmap and paleo diets too.
Is Konjac a 'fad' food?

How will it help me with my fitness goals?
By substituting regular pasta, noodles and rice with CARB X, you are removing up to 60g of carbohydrates from your meal. Each pack contains six 100g sachets of pre-cooked food, so there's less for you to do.
What special diets can I make Eat Water products a part of?
Eat Water products are low to no carb, sugar free and gluten free. They are formulated from 100% GMO-free konjac flour and superior oat fibre (Juroat™). As such, they can be incorporated safely into a number of diets, including vegetarian, vegan, weight loss, sugar free and gluten free diets. They are completely safe for diabetics and Coeliacs due to their lack of sugar and gluten.
What are keto foods?
Foods that are suitable for a keto diet are those that contain low amount of carbohydrates. Our Slim Organic range contains zero carbohydrates, making them perfect for a keto diet!

Why shouldn't I pierce the film?
Our meals don't require piercing because the steam escapes the patented black valve on the film. When you hear a whistle, it means your meal is properly cooked.
Slim Chilled meals Vs regular chilled meals?
When made, regular chilled meals need to be cooked for 20 to 30 minutes. During this time, you lose some of the goodness, such as the texture and certain minerals. Thanks to the patented technology we use, our meals only require cooking for up to 7 minutes, this means a better quality of food and greater amounts of minerals.
How will it help me lose weight?
Our meals contain Slim Pasta, Noodles and Rice, which means your meal already have far less carbohydrate than if it was made with regular pasta, noodles and rice. That is almost 60g of carbohydrates saved from your a meal.
Can anyone eat a Slim Chilled meals?
Yes, unless you have an allergy to any of the ingredients. This range is suitable for keto, gluten-free, low sugar, fodmap and paleo diets. However, if you have any doubts or if you have any medical concerns, please consult your GP.
How are the meals so low in carbohydrates?
We have replaced regular pasta, noodles or rice, which would contain anywhere up to 70g of carbohydrates per 100g with our No Drain Konjac Pasta, Noodles and Rice, which contains less than 6g of carbohydrates.
How long will a Slim Chilled meals last once opened?
Slim Chilled meals are made fresh. We recommend consuming a meal after opening, heating and left to stand at your preferred temperature,
Can I freeze the Slim Chilled meals?
No. Our meals should only be kept in the fridge. If you were to freeze them, the konjac noodles, pasta and rice would lose its shape.
