Creamy white sauce pasta
- Drain and rinse Slim Pasta penne from packet throughly under running water
- Boil in water for 2-3 minutes or heat in microwave for 1 minute
- Add 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp flour to a sauce pan and cook till golden
- Add 2 cups milk till boil
- Add 2 slices of cheese to this sauce and stir till creamy
- Add salt to taste
- Add Slim Pasta Penne and mix till creamy
- Garnish with pepper and coriander
