Prawn Fajitas Spaghetti

  1. Soften the onion and pepper in a pan with 1 tsp of Rapeseed oil.
  2. Add black pepper, salt, garlic powder, chilli powder, cumin and lime (all to taste).
  3. Add 3 tbsp of plant based single cream (I used Alpro)
  4. Add frozen peas and prawns and reduce for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Finally, mix in a pack of Eat Water Spaghetti and mix well.
  6. As soon as the spaghetti is hot the dish is ready!
