Stir fried veggie noodles
- Drain Slim Noodles, rinse 2-3 times thoroughly under running water. Boil in water for 2-3 minutes or heat in microwave for 1 minute.
- Take a pan, add sesame oil, garlic paste, chillies, mushrooms, green peppers, bok choy, lettuce, add salt, pepper & stir.
- Add lemon juice and oregano to the stir.
- Add Slim Noodles to this and mix thoroughly.
