Eat Water Review: YouR CooK
The first time I tried these delicious noodles was at the Natural Food Show in London a few weeks ago. I still can’t believe how healthy, low in calories and filling these noodles are. They have no sugar or salt! This is fantastic. They are quick to cook and can be eaten with a range of other foods. I will be eating them regularly to aid with weight management especially for my marathon training.
