Slim Pasta Italian Inspired Ready Meals can be microwaved in one to three minutes or heated on the hob. They all come in at well under 500 calories per meal, making them great if you’re on a fasting diet.
Best bit: It was great not to have think about what to cook and so quick and easy to pop them in the microwave when I got home from work. They were fantastic for fast days as I was on the 5:2 diet.
Worst bit: They did get a bit repetitive at times so I ended up having to have a few days’ break between them.
Overall impression: As someone who does shift work, I often get in late and these were great as I didn’t have to wait long until dinner! They were surprisingly filling and really helped on my fasting days.
