256cal - 30g carbs - 22g protein - 7g sugar - 4.2g fibre - 5.4g fat
Ingredients:
1. Add the ingredients to a blender
2. Blend until you get a smooth thick mix
3. Spread the mix on a pre heated waffle maker and cook until golden brown
4. Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
