The most effective and underrated tip we can offer is to start slow. When January 1st comes around, don’t join an expensive gym and throw away your selection boxes. While those things are useful, you may end up being out of pocket and out of a well-deserved treat! Create small and achievable aims for your health, starting with cooking one of these recipes.
Bursting Berry and Spinach Smoothie
A smoothie is a sure-fire way to get some goodness in just a flash. Throw a handful of your fav berries into a blender with two handfuls of spinach (trust us, it won’t taste of spinach!). If you’re looking to bulk it out a bit, perhaps for a breakfast, then add a packet of our No Drain Slim Noodles. It might sound a little odd but trust us.
