I love my food, but I do watch what I eat. I’ve swapped my usual pasta for Slim Pasta, which is only 7.7 calories a pack, I’ve been using different sauces – Bolognese and tomato and prawns – to create different dishes with it. It’s the best carb replacement in the world. I’m also trying elements of the 5.2 plan at the moment and I’ve tried the Harcombe Diet before, which was quite good. But to be honest, most of the time I simply try to eat well and if I’ve put on too much weight, I just limit my carbs until I’m happy with my size again.
