Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup Eat Water Rice
  • 150ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. erythritol
  • 1 espresso shot
  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup high-protein, dairy-free yoghurt

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender
  2. Blend until you get a smooth, thick mix
  3. Serve and enjoy!
