Honey Garlic Noodles

- 1 pack Eat Water Slim noodles
- 200 g lean pork chopped
- 150ml chicken stock
- 1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in a bit of water
- 1 tbsp siracha
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin
- 1 tbsp erythritol
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 cup diced onions
Method:
- Add all the ingredients except the noodles to a slow cooker and set to low heat, cook for around 6 hours
- Add your slim noodles, stir well and let cool for further 20mins
- Serve and enjoy
