Honey Garlic Noodles

287 cal - 25g carbs - 24g protein - 15g sugar - 6g fibre - 12g fat

Ingredients:
  • 1 pack Eat Water Slim noodles
  • 200 g lean pork chopped
  • 150ml chicken stock
  • 1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in a bit of water
  • 1 tbsp siracha
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin
  • 1 tbsp erythritol
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup diced onions

 

Method:

  • Add all the ingredients except the noodles to a slow cooker and set to low heat, cook for around 6 hours
  • Add your slim noodles, stir well and let cool for further 20mins
  • Serve and enjoy
