Spaghetti Carbonara

340cal - 2g carbs - 38g protein - 1g sugar - 3g fibre- 20g fat

Ingredients:
  • 1 Eat Water Spaghetti
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 30g Parmesan cheese
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 1tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 300g pancetta or bacon
Method:
1. Heat the oil on a large non stick frying pan, add the butter and garlic,
2. Add the bacon and fry until crispy
3. Turn down the heat and add the Eat Water spaghetti
4. In a bowl whisk two eggs, add the Parmesan and mix well
5. Tip the spaghetti in the bowl and mix until all the pasta is coated with the egg mix, season with some black pepper
6. Serve and enjoy!
