Apple Pie Smoothie
127 cal - 28g carbs - 2g protein - 18g sugar - 8g fibre - 2g fat
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Eat Water Slim rice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen banana
- 1/2 apple
- 1 tsp spice mix (cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves)
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
- Serve in a glass, top with some spiced apples and enjoy!
