Crispy Sesame Tofu
227cal - 29g carbs - 11g protein - 6g sugar - 7g fibre - 7g fat
Ingredients:
Method:
1. Break the tofu into small chunks and add the rest of the ingredients
2. Mix well and cook in an air fryer or oven for around 15 minutes or until crispy
3. For the sauce mix all the ingredients and pour into a medium heat pan, stir for around 2 minutes until it thickens
4. Add the tofu and mix until it is fully coated
5. Serve with the Slim rice and enjoy!

- 1 Eat Water Slim Rice
- 200g tofu
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp siracha
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
