Mango Salmon

Ingredients:

- 1 pack Eat Water Organic Rice
- 120g Salmon fillet
- 1 tsp brown erythritol
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp olive oil
For the salad:
- 1/2 cup chopped mango
- 1/2 chopped avocado
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- Lime juice
- Sea salt
- Chilli flakes
Method:
1. Marinade the salmon with all the marinade ingredients
2. Cook the salmon in an air fryer or oven
3. Mix all the salad ingredient
4. Drain your rice and microwave as per pack instructions
5. Serve and enjoy!
