Keto Berry Smoothie

186cal - 25g carbs - 7.5g protein - 10g sugar - 5.2g fibre - 6g fat

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Eat Water Rice
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 150ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp erythritol
  • 1/4 cup high protein dairy free yoghurt
  • 1/2 tbsp peanut butter

 Method:

  • Add the ingredients apart from the peanut butter into a blender
  • Blend until you get a smooth thick mix
  • Drizzle a glass with the peanut butter and serve your smoothie
  • Enjoy!
