Keto Berry Smoothie
186cal - 25g carbs - 7.5g protein - 10g sugar - 5.2g fibre - 6g fat
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Eat Water Rice
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 150ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp erythritol
- 1/4 cup high protein dairy free yoghurt
- 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
Method:
- Add the ingredients apart from the peanut butter into a blender
- Blend until you get a smooth thick mix
- Drizzle a glass with the peanut butter and serve your smoothie
- Enjoy!
