Chilli con carne
339cal - 28g carbs - 31g protein - 10g sugar - 15g fibre - 8g fat
Ingredients:
1. Heat some olive oil on a large non stick frying pan and add the onions, sauté for a few minutes then add the garlic and red peppers, cook for around 5 minutes
2. Add the chilli powder, cumin and paprika an mix well until the vegetables are coated
3. Turn the heat up, add the beef and brown it
4. Add the stock, chopped tomatoes and kidney beans and cook for around 20 minutes
5. Add the dark chocolate and mix well, season with salt and pepper
6. Heat the slim rice as per pack instructions
7. Serve and enjoy!
