Pesto and Mozarella Arancinis
97cal - 12g carbs - 4g protein - 0g sugar - 1g fibre - 3g fat
Ingredients:
- 1 Pack Slim sticky rice
- 20g green pesto
- 20g breadcrumbs
- 15g flour
- 1 egg
- 30g Mozarella
Method:
- Mix the pesto and the sticky rice until well combined
- Form 4 balls with the mix and then add 1 cube of Mozarella in the middle
- For the coating, dip each ball in flour, then egg and lastly breadcrumbs
- Cook in an air fryer at 180c for 15 minutes
