Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients:
- 1 Eat Water Spaghetti
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 stalks of celery finely chopped
- 1 medium carrot finely chopped
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 100g lean beef mince
- 100g lean pork mince
- 400g chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 100g grated cheese
Method:
- Heat the olive oil over a medium-heat frying pan, add the garlic and cook for around 2 minutes, Add the celery, carrot and tomato paste, and cook for a further 10 minutes
- Add the beef and pork and cook, making sure to break any big pieces, Add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce
- Add the chopped tomatoes, mix well and cook for 15 minutes
- Drain and heat your spaghetti in a microwave, plate and top with the bolognese sauce, add some cheese and enjoy
