Spaghetti Bolognese

324cal - 10g carbs - 40g protein - 12g sugar - 7g fibre - 13g fat

Ingredients:
  • 1 Eat Water Spaghetti
  • 1 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 stalks of celery finely chopped
  • 1 medium carrot finely chopped
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 100g lean beef mince
  • 100g lean pork mince
  • 400g chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 100g grated cheese

Method:
  • Heat the olive oil over a medium-heat frying pan, add the garlic and cook for around 2 minutes, Add the celery, carrot and tomato paste, and cook for a further 10 minutes
  • Add the beef and pork and cook, making sure to break any big pieces, Add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce
  • Add the chopped tomatoes, mix well and cook for 15 minutes
  • Drain and heat your spaghetti in a microwave, plate and top with the bolognese sauce, add some cheese and enjoy
