Sushi Wrap
224 cal - 10.5g carbs - 14.3g protein - 0.5g sugar - 4.5g fibre - 13.6g fat
Ingredients:
- 1 pack Eat Water Slim Sticky Rice
- 1 avocado
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp erythritol
- 1 Nori sheet
Method:
- In a bowl mix the slim rice, vinegar and erythritol
- Make a cut in a Nori sheet from the middle outwards, in each quarter place each ingredient
- Fold each segment onto each other and that’s it, ready to enjoy!
