Sushi Wrap

224 cal - 10.5g carbs - 14.3g protein - 0.5g sugar - 4.5g fibre - 13.6g fat

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Eat Water Slim Sticky Rice
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp erythritol
  • 1 Nori sheet

Method:

  1. In a bowl mix the slim rice, vinegar and erythritol
  2. Make a cut in a Nori sheet from the middle outwards, in each quarter place each ingredient
  3. Fold each segment onto each other and that’s it, ready to enjoy!
