Blueberry and Almond Notmeal
215cal - 6g carbs - 5g protein - 1g sugar - 10g fibre- 17g fat
Ingredients:
- 1 Eat Water Rice
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup or preferred sweetener
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Method:
- In a blender or food processor, blitz together the pecans, coconut flakes and chia seeds
- On a sauce pan over medium heat, bring the almond milk to a gentle boil, Add the slim rice, nut mix, maple syrup and cinnamon, Cook for around 10 minutes, stirring constantly
- Serve in a bowl and top with some blueberries and almond flakes. Enjoy!
