Blueberry and Almond Notmeal

215cal - 6g carbs - 5g protein - 1g sugar - 10g fibre- 17g fat

Ingredients:

  • 1 Eat Water Rice
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup or preferred sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method:
  • In a blender or food processor, blitz together the pecans, coconut flakes and chia seeds
  • On a sauce pan over medium heat, bring the almond milk to a gentle boil, Add the slim rice, nut mix, maple syrup and cinnamon, Cook for around 10 minutes, stirring constantly
  • Serve in a bowl and top with some blueberries and almond flakes. Enjoy!
