Veg Chow Mein

Preparation Method

  1. Drain Slim Noodles, rinse 2-3 times thoroughly under running water.
  2. Boil in water for 2-3 minutes or heat in microwave for 1 minute.
  3. Heat oil in a wok and add sliced onions and stir fry for 20-30 seconds, add all other vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Now add boiled noodles and mix well.
  5. Add vinegar, chili sauce and soya sauce and stir-fry for a minute. Serve the vegetable chow mein hot.

   Note : According to taste vinegar, soya sauce and chili sauce can be increased or decreased.

  • 200g Slim Noodles®
  • Medium onion Sliced
  • Large capsicum Sliced
  • 1/4 of small cabbage Shredded
  • Shitaki mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 cup snow peas chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Soya Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tablespoon Pepper Powder
  • 2 florets brocolli
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
